We suggest 10-15mm extra room for growth in your child's shoes.

Finding the right shoe size for your child is not always easy. Fortunately, we have a solution for that. Follow our size guide before choosing your child's next pair of kids’ shoes or sandals.

3 easy steps to find the right shoe size:

  1. Measure your child’s feet Before you buy kids’ shoes, it is important that you measure your child’s feet so that you can find the right size. You can do this by downloading and printing our foot measurement (print at 100%), which your child can then step onto with bare feet. Using the ruler, you can read the length of the foot from heel to toe. Remember to measure both feet as there can be a difference in size. Alternatively, you can have your child stand on a piece of paper and draw around each foot, which you can then measure in the same way.
  2. Add growth allowance When you have measured the feet, remember to add the recommended allowance for growth on 1.5-2 cm. This is to make sure that your child has some room to grow. Add the growth allowance to the measurement of the feet to find the inner measurement of the shoe.
  3. Find the shoes that fits your child Now you are ready to start looking at shoes and sandals. You can look for the inner measurement on all the kids’ shoes and find the shoes that fits your child just right.
